Answers to Questions:

What do you need to do once Sandboxie has been installed?

Do this one tweak:
 1.	Right-click the Sandboxie icon on the taskbar (bottom right of screen)
 2.	Click ‘Show window’
 3.	Right-click ‘Sandbox DefaultBox’
 4.	Click ‘Sandbox settings’
 5.	Click ‘delete’
 6.	Click ‘invocation’
 7.	Put a check next to ‘Automatically delete contents of sandbox’
 8.	Click ‘ok’
 9.	Close these windows

This will make sure your sandbox is emptied every time you close down your browser. It will maintain the speed of your browser and keep your computer clean.

How do you use Sandboxie?
There should be a little yellow cheese-looking icon on your desktop. Whenever you browse the web, double-click that icon on your desktop. It is called ‘Sandboxed Web Browser’. It will open up a secure version of Internet Explorer or Firefox or whatever you normally use for browsing. You can't even tell the difference.

When do I have to use Sandboxie?
Whenever you visit a site (i.e. bankofamerica.com, yahoo.com, youtube.com, quickfixgeek.com), it is like shaking hands with someone on the street. That person may or may not have the flu. If they are infected, you will get it. If you use Sandboxie, you don't need to worry about whether the websites you visit are infected or not. I use it always.

What is the downside of using Sandboxie?
 1. Whenever you try to save something, it asks you this question, "Do you want to recover this file?" You may choose one of two options: “Recover” or “Close”.

What this means is, “Hey, you are saving something in a place where EVERYTHING will be deleted as soon as you close this window. Do you want that to happen to this file?” If you want to keep the file, you click 'Recover'. If you have no idea what this file is, click 'Close' and it will be deleted.

 2.	Your internet will start slower.

It has to run your browser from within Sandboxie. It just takes more time.

Thanks so much for all of your positive comments and feedback. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers/friends. Have a great weekend! :)

Sincerely,
Your Quick Fix Team

Quick question. I use Vista and there seems to be a problem anytime that I load something on my laptop. I was wondering if anyone has tested the items that you recommended downloading from your site with Vista. Thanks,

Hello Bryant. I just got your email and it was most fortuitous. I just got my computer back today after being hacked. it took 2 days to rid me of the vicious virus and only then by restoring the system. It is good to hear from you. Hope the family is doing well.

I create a gravitar account, upload an image. That image is associated with the email I used in my gravatar account. When I use that email on "memebership sites", my gravatar is automatically pulled.
