IMPORTANT! We can fix just about anything on-site. However, some problems don’t make sense to fix on-site. There are 2 main situations where an on-site appointment may waste your time:
- If your computer appears to be totally dead, it may have a defective part.
We can’t fit all the different types of parts in our truck, so if it seems completely lifeless, please drop it off at the shop. There, we have tons of parts on-hand. - If you have a seriously infected PC, it can take hours and hours for multiple scans to remove the thousands of nasty little malware bugs that infest your system.
At the shop, we run these scans overnight. At your home, we must wait for the scans to complete and charge for our time. Quick Fix is all about efficiency and cost effectiveness. This scenario is neither.

IMPORTANT! We can fix just about anything on-site. However, some problems don’t make sense to fix on-site. There are 2 main situations where an on-site appointment may waste your time:
- If your computer appears to be totally dead, it may have a defective part.
We can’t fit all the different types of parts in our truck, so if it seems completely lifeless, please drop it off at the shop. There, we have tons of parts on-hand. - If you have a seriously infected PC, it can take hours and hours for multiple scans to remove the thousands of nasty little malware bugs that infest your system.
At the shop, we run these scans overnight. At your home, we must wait for the scans to complete and charge for our time. Quick Fix is all about efficiency and cost effectiveness. This scenario is neither.
