This is typically how it goes:

  1. We diagnose the equipment (on-site or off-site)
  2. We research the cost to replace or repair
  3. You pay us for our time.
  4. We provide you with an accurate insurance quote. The quote not only includes the cost of the hardware, it includes our time to diagnose, the fees for data recovery, an on-site visit to setup your new PC and repopulate your recovered DATA, etc. This is helpful to the insurance company as well as to you! You get more money because we are thorough.
  5. Your insurance company will call us to verify the quote. (We have gotten many complements from insurance companies because of how our quotes are accurate and to-the-point.)
  6. They pay you for the repairs/ replacements and you can decide how best to use your insurance money.

There are lots of online backup solutions out there. We have tried many of them. The reason our solution is so special is because we monitor your backups to make sure that they are actually happening.
