My name is Derek Duval, and I wanted to take the time to write about the service I recently received from Quick Fix. I was truly impressed with the knowledge and attention I received from Marty. I imagine that a lot of people who walk in the door of your shop are stressed out and most have an “urgent” need to get things fixed. I definitely fell into that category, as I run my own small business and am heavily dependent upon my desktop computer to work efficiently.

Marty asked the right questions to quickly discern the problems, presented me with clear alternatives on how to proceed, kept me posted throughout the repair process, and completed the project ahead of my expectations. I encountered one subsequent problem which necessitated a return to your shop, at which point Marty quickly solved the issue (which quite likely had been caused by something I had done when setting my system up again and loading multiple updates and new software).

In any case, as a small business owner myself, I know that I always hear about it when things go wrong but don’t always hear about it when things go right. I’m sure you know this already, but you’ve got a very valuable resource in Marty.

I’ve had a few computer hiccups in the last few months and the guys at quick fix have always come through for me. They are honest, stand up guys and perform excellent work. I’ve had emergencies where I’ve walked in and received fast, courteous help in the middle of a busy work day. They also keep customers updated throughout the repair process and never perform unscheduled work without approval. I highly recommend them for all your computer repair needs. We are excited to say the least. We employed Bryant (i.e. “Computer Manî) to help us look for a new computer and to set it up once we had chosen our model. Service was all on the same day and we are now set and running thanks to Bryant. He set up our new computer and printer-scanner, transferred over needed info from our old computer, set up our internet source, worked out the usage kinks, and listened to a few great jokes (OK-we told some too). Bryant is quick to listen and to understand customer needs: he listens as well as translating into tech language. He is adept at translating his customer’s objectives into what is needed and not needed on a computer. Bryant also laid out 2-3 scenarios for our problem (a sick, slow, onerous, processor), and then went with our choice. We feel that Bryant (in spite of his jokes) is well versed in his field and takes pride in a job well done. His prices are reasonable and his work is tailored to your needs.
