Being in the Disaster Restoration business, and working with Insurance companies we have to be available 24 hrs. A day 7 days a week. The majority of the losses we handle are down loaded directly to our network and then initial paperwork has to be uploaded to the individual Insurance companies with in 12 hrs. This has presented some unique problems for IT companies in the past. To say we trust Andrew Moyer and QuickFix with our network and software is an understatement. I just had Quick Fix install a new server for my small company. My previous server was built by them(worked flawlessly I might add) but Windows XP was out of date. After experiencing a hard drive failure on a national brand computer of less than a year old, I took it to QF. I had an extended warranty but didn’t want to wait and waste the time with the foreign tech support. The computer works great now and does not have all the extraneous goofy stuff from the manufacturer. The cost was minimal compared to the @#%!$% in dealing with the manufacturer’s tech “experts.” I don’t necessarily recommend this path, but it worked for me in this case. Thanks Marty and Bryant!
